Manual wrapping machine:

with PMM 7500 it is possible to use all kinds of bags included between 400 and 700 mm of width and every kind of thickness; thanks to a patented operation system of the handle, it’s possible to have the bag already cleaned from the excess of plastic at shoulders level (the two triangles that are usually pulled off manually by the operator)
Welding time of PMM7500 can vary from a minimum of 0,6 sec. up to a maximum of 1,2 sec. but always with impulse welding (heaters always cold)
The PMM 7500 can be supplied with following configurations:
- wall installation with plastic roll on the top of the machine PMM 7500
- wall installation with plastic roll under the machine (floor roll holder and brackets) PMM 7500+PMS601
- free standing installation made with painted steel PMM 7500+PMS603
- free standing installation made with aluminium PMM 7500+PMS605 De Luxe

Pneumatic wrapping machine:

The model PMM7500 is available also with pneumatic configuration (PMA 7500). The pneumatic model has a mini-computer that can manage the functions of the machine starting from safety system up to working cycles; our PMA 7500 can work in three different ways:

- instantaneous opening: at the end of welding cycle the machine opens immediately, this is the best way for people who don’t want to pull off the excess of plastic at shoulders level; the machine still makes horizontal cutting.
- timer opening: at the end of welding cycle the machine waits before opening a time of 4 seconds giving the possibility to the operator to pull off the excess of plastic and take off the hanger.
- manual opening: at the end of welding cycle the machine keeps closed and the operator will decide when he will open machine again by punching a button.

Different functions can be selected moving a switch on the control panel.
The PMA 7500 is available also with two different lower welding bars to close bags on the bottom:

Lower welding bar manually regulated: the welding bar can be activated or not through a command on the control panel, if activated it works automatically by pushing the command button of the machine. The height of the bar can be regulated only manually.

Lower welding bar pneumatically regulated: it has the same features of the manual one but the height of the bar is adjustable pneumatically through a joy-stick located on the operating panel and the maximum stroke is 500 mm.
