AUTOMATIC PRESS: it is provided with a regulating system that stops the piston push when the maximum set power is reached, regardless of the size of the product to be pressed. Like this it’s possible to introduce different size products with no need to make a regulation. The welding system is composed by a welding bar with its contrast automatically activated by two pneumatic pistons at variable pressure. This system allows you to weld coupled bags also with big thickness and heights from 0 up to 200 mm. Extremely easy to use, the press does not need particular maintenance; the automatic cycle gives to the operator the time to follow and manage perfectly all working periods. PIUMA is provided with wheels in order to move it easily when not used.

SEMIAUTOMATIC PIUMA: it has the same features of automatic model but it works manually. The operator moves manually a joy-stick to let the pressing plate going down and to regulate pneumatically the working height, the welding cycle begins through manual command but it’s anyway regulated by a timer. This model can be used also to wrap bags not pressed like a standard thermo welder.

COIN OPERATED AUTOMATIC OR SELF SERVICE PIUMA: studied to be installed in self-service laundries this machine is completely self-sufficient (silenced built into compressor) and equipped with all necessary safety requirements necessary for public functioning. The machine can be connected to a centralized coin box or can have its own payment system.

COIN OPERATED SEMIAUTOMATIC OR SELF SERVICE PIUMA: like previous model this also can be installed in self-service laundries and can be completely self-sufficient (silenced built into compressor by request).
